Thank you, Mr. Blow for continuing to point out these hypocrisies of MAGA. Community: Let’s look at the history of American policing and the original stain on its DNA. Early on those who served ‘law and order’ had as their mission to return fugitive slaves to their owners, knowing they would be whipped, intentionally maimed, or murdered. Never forget the Sheriff’s who took innocent Black men and boys from their jail cells and delivered them to the Lynch mobs. Recently a Black man is shot at least 60 times and handcuffed while dead, his corpse delivered like a horror show to the morgue. MAGA’s hypocrisy became crystal clear when Trump looked away as ‘his people’ were endangering police. That is betrayal at its most lethal when initiated by a president. He slandered the largely peaceful protests against the murders of so many Black children, men and women during his reign. This endangered police reform, blaming the victims or ‘outside groups’. He left police forces and most especially the Capitol Police during the insurrection betrayed, demoralized and without a press conference to publically mourn those who died at the hands of his mob. Thank you, Mr. Blow, for continuing to publicize the truth and undermine the lies and truth decay MAGA has spread like a virus.
