After So Many Wrecks
My life
now
when I am with you
becomes a generous rose
no thorn
unfolding toward dawn
the lonely moon
howls
for company
while below
we hold each other
you and I
We kiss
the blissful
future
trembles
a voluptuous sea
our whole world
an ecstatic ship
the wind at our back
in full sail
finally
at
last
after all
the wrecks
